HOW TO APPLY : 

Before applying the removal, be sure to place an eye pad on the bottom lashes and make sure the client eyes are completely shut

Using a micro-swab, dip in the cream removal and apply removal and leave on the lashes for 5-10 minutes. Gently remove the lashes with a lip applicator, if lashes do not come off apply more cream removal

Once you have removed all the lashes, remove the eye pads and clean the lashes 2x. Be sure to rinse and make sure there is no residue left.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. Orders placed before 5pm will be shipped out same day. 

Once your order is ready a tracking number will be sent via e-mail. Packages are delivered by USPS.

Orders are sent out Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be sent out next business day. Excluding Holidays. 

PICK UP ORDERS:

  • Pick up orders are normally ready for pickup within 2 hrs after order is placed.  All pick up orders will receive an email or text when order is ready for pickup Excluding Holidays & Sundays
